Oat Willie's has been an Austin institution for 40 years.

In 1987 the comic book, "The Adventures of Oat Willie", was published
which chronicled the life of Oat and the origin of Oat Willie's with the
Jaxon illustrated story "The Origin of Oat Willie". The cartoon is being
